Make life your canvas.  Bring your unique energy to the group.  Join others in an open process of ideas, discussions, projects, and creative endeavors.  The structure evolves with the energy and desire of the members. The group provides a safe place to explore, test and share ideas, and where our differences become a creative process.  If you feel blocked or have mild/moderate anxiety/depression this is a great group to relearn to be yourself, flow, and play.

We will be doing activities each week.  There may be projects that continue from one week to the next.  It works best with consistent attendance throughout the 8 weeks and with at least 4 people.
